Denis is a multiple-time winner and podium finisher at Russian stunt riding championships and an experienced competitor on the international stage. His career includes appearances at major competitions in Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, and other European countries.

With a fifth-place finish at the Czech Stunt Day World Championship and numerous podium finishes across Europe, Denis has established himself as a highly respected rider in professional stunt riding.

Working with athletes at this level is particularly valuable to us. Stunt riding places completely different demands on a motorcycle compared to everyday street riding. Strength and durability matter, but so does the ability to fine-tune every component to match the rider’s technique and preferences.

DAMPER Crash Cage

One of the most important components on any stunt bike. The crash cage protects the engine and other vulnerable parts of the motorcycle during falls, which are an unavoidable part of stunt riding.

Our DAMPER series incorporates energy-absorbing elements designed to partially dissipate impact forces and reduce peak loads transmitted through the structure.

Subcage — Rear Stunt Protection

The subcage protects the rear section of the motorcycle while also providing additional support points for the rider.

Its design allows for multiple foot positions during tricks, making it easier to perform complex combinations and transitions. In professional stunt riding, a subcage is much more than crash protection — it is an essential piece of stunt equipment.

Triple-Caliper Handbrake Bracket

One of the most technically interesting parts of this project.

We manufactured a specialized bracket designed to accommodate three brake calipers on the rear wheel. This configuration makes it possible to arrange independent rear brake controls using the foot pedal and hand-operated brake levers.

A handbrake becomes essential when performing tricks that require the rider to move their feet away from the standard footpegs, making the conventional rear brake pedal inaccessible.

Precise hand-operated braking is particularly important for wheelies, balance control, and transitions between advanced stunt combinations.

Adjustable Crazy Iron Clip-On Handlebars

Handlebar positioning plays a major role in stunt riding. Adjustable clip-ons allow riders to modify the height, angle, and position of the grips to suit their riding style and preferred body position.

Crazy Iron clip-ons are CNC-machined from aluminum alloy, combining strength, precision, and adjustability.

Their modular construction also allows individual damaged components to be replaced without purchasing an entirely new handlebar assembly.

Oversized 64-Tooth Rear Sprocket

Denis’s Kawasaki ZX-6R was equipped with a Crazy Iron 64-tooth stunt sprocket.

Increasing the number of teeth on the rear sprocket changes the motorcycle’s final drive ratio, delivering greater torque multiplication at the rear wheel.

This makes it easier to lift the front wheel and provides more responsive acceleration at lower speeds.

For professional stunt riding, where many tricks are performed in confined spaces and require precise throttle control, this modification is especially useful.

CNC-Machined Reinforced Upper Triple Clamp

The upper triple clamp connects the fork tubes and steering components.

During professional stunt riding, this assembly experiences significant mechanical loads, particularly during hard front-wheel landings and rapid changes in weight distribution.
